Congratulations to lucky Raffle Winner. Bruce Wallace. Bruce is pictured here with his son Neil. He and Neil share a home and have a great relationship as father and son. Bruce has not seen his other son for over forty years. Can you say PAS?  

RAFFLE   DRAWING  &  RALLY

 

We are very happy to announce the location for our raffle drawing. Sunday April 5^th from 10:00am – 2:00 pm we will have our traditional F4JLA/NCFMLA rally. Meet us at the Van Nuys – Sherman Oaks War Memorial Park, in Sherman Oaks at the corner of Hazeltine & Huston. One lucky contestant’s ticket will be drawn and that person will    WIN $500. Deadline for entries will be noon on that day.

In addition to the raffle drawing we will have our traditional refreshments and camaraderie.   SEE YA’ THERE.

Raffle Legal Registration: This raffle is registered with the California Department of Justice under Raffle Registration Number RF0003489.                                                                                
The Prize:  This raffle has one prize. The prize is a $500 gift card from any establishment of the winners choosing.                                            
The Odds:  No more that 3000 tickets will be sold at the Price of $1 each.                                                                                        
The Timing:  tickets will be sold for no more than 3 months from the date of the first ticket sale. The proposed starting date is January 5th 2009. If the tickets are sold out before 3 months, a winner will be drawn at that time. If not, than a winner will be drawn on April 5th  2009. The winner will have until May 5th to claim the prize.                                              
The Tickets:  Each ticket will have a unique four digit number on both halves. One half will be entered, the other half will be held by the ticket owner.                                                                             
Selection:  The winning ticket will be selected by a person, who will be selected at random from the group attending the selection event. The time and place of the selection event will be announced on our website at f4jla.org. The winning number will be announced on f4jla.org.  You do not have to be present to win.                                                        
Claim:  Award of the prize is important. If a winner is selected but that winner does not claim the prize within 30 Days, that selection will be voided and another selection will be made. There will be no recourse for the original disqualified winner.                                                       
Clarity:  To be clear as to any questions or concerns that may arise. This raffle is being administered by the Elected Board of Fathers-4-Justice / Los Angeles. This board retains all control to the decisions as to the administration of this raffle. All decisions by this board are final.
